Alex Reid, ex-husband of Katie Price, has said he accidentally injected himself with stepson Harvey’s growth hormones while living with the star and her children.
The cage fighter said the injections had been in the fridge next to his own hormone prescription, which he was taking to help him heal after a fight.
Katie is furious by his claim and insists she would never allow the drugs to become mixed up.
As fans will know, Harvey - son of footballer Dwight Yorke - has Prader-Wills syndrome, a disease which leads to poor muscle tone and cognitive disorders, so he takes the hormones to help him manage his condition.
The latest row started after Alex told Now magazine: 'It was an error on my part that I didn't check the label properly. I never expected Kate to place Harvey's meds next to mine. On the face of it, they both looked identical.'
When Katie discovered Alex taking her son’s hormones, a huge argument started and soon after Katie walked out on their marriage.

Katie and Alex in happier times
Her spokeswoman told The Daily Mirror: "Katie and her family have been dealing with Harvey’s illnesses his whole life. They don’t allow a situation to exist where his medicine could be contaminated by or confused with any drugs belonging to any third party."
Human growth hormones simulate the growth of cartilage, muscle and bone and are normally prescribed for medical reasons, but bodybuilders and celebrities take them to help build muscles.
Alex and Katie met in July 2009 and were married in Las Vegas in February 2010 but they soon called time on their relationship, going their separate ways in 2001. Katie is now married to Kieran Hayler and they have a child together, Jett Riviera.
