Being a dad of a lot of children most certainly hurts the pockets…
Nick Cannon clarified how much money he actually pays in child support each year after The US Sun estimated that he spends $3 million.
Just two months ago the world was getting used to the idea that Nick Cannon was expecting his 10th child. Now, the star, who is expecting his 12th child, has spoken out.
“I definitely spend a lot more than that on my children annually,” the “All That” alum, 42, told the Neighborhood Talk on Friday.

“I don’t plan to ever have to participate in the governmental system of child,” he continued.
Cannon first became a dad in April 2011 when he and then-wife Mariah Carey welcomed twins Moroccan and Monroe, now 11.
After their split, the “Wild ‘N Out” host welcomed three children each with Brittany Bell and Abby De La Rosa.
Bell, 35, gave birth to son Golden, 5, and daughter Powerful, 1, in February 2017 and December 2020, respectively, followed by son Rise, 1 month, in September.
As for De La Rosa, the 32-year-old DJ’s twin sons, Zion and Zillion, 1, arrived in June 2021. She gave birth to daughter Beautiful on Friday.
Cannon is also the father of son Legendary, 4 months, with Bre Tiesi, as well as daughter Onyx, 2 months, with Lanisha Cole.
While the comedian and Alyssa Scott welcomed son Zen in June 2021, the five-month-old died that December after battling brain cancer.
The duo are currently expecting their second child together, Cannon’s 12th.
