The MTV European Video Music Awards were held at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome last night.
The stars were out in force and many of the celebrities in attendance including Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry changed outfits over the course of the night.
As always, Miley Cyrus gets top marks for most revealing outfit.
