He has been crowned the best-looking man in the country but Mr Ireland Leo Delaney says that one of the perks (having girls throwing themselves at him) isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
The 22-year-old Dubliner, who now lives in Limerick, says that he does get a lot of attention from the opposite sex but that it’s not as great as most men might think.

Leo Delaney won Mr Limerick and then Mr Ireland
“I do get a lot of girls coming up to me, but I’ve got a girlfriend,” he told the Irish Sun. “People say it must be great getting all the girls, but it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.”
And it seems that some of the women can be very forward indeed as he explained: “When I won Mr Limerick, they’d say things like, ‘I’ve booked this hotel room, I’ll meet you there.’ At the start it seems funny, but I’ve learned from it.”

Too many hot guys in one place! Leo with the other Mr World contestants.
Leo, who is taking part in the Mr World pageant this week, hopes that the event will be the break he needs to become a model: “It’s not easy to make it in male modelling. I entered Mr Ireland to springboard my career. Now I’m representing my country in Mr World which is brilliant.”
While we think it's lovely that Leo is a one-woman guy, we're sure there are a few men out there who don't agree!
