If there’s one thing worse than falling over and landing on your ass, it’s falling over and landing on your ass in public – mortifying or what?
Anyway, we can’t help but feel a certain sense of compassion for poor Kelly Osbourne, who tripped and fell on stage in front of everyone while she was visiting her mammy at a taping of America’s Got Talent.
Seriously Kelly? Don’t be embarrassed – we can’t even count the number of times we’ve fallen in front of a room full of people!
E! Online reports that Kelly decided to drop in and pay her mammy a visit as she judged some of the acts at a taping of America’s Got Talent last night. Unfortunately for Kelly though she missed her footing, slipped and went flying as she walked across the stage.
Kelly tweeted the following after the incident, showing that while her foot and her pride was bruised, her sense of humour was still very firmly in place:
Thankfully, there were some men in uniform on hand to help Kelly to her feet and give her the medical attention that she needed.
She posted the following picture on her Instagram account along with the caption: “Thank you thank you New Jersey PD for taking just good care of me.”

So what kind of damage was done? Well, brace yourself. Kelly posted a picture of her injuries on her Twitter account along with the words: “I have a golf ball on my ankle!”
Ouch! That’s gotta hurt!
We imagine that it’ll be a good while before Kelly is able to walk around in heels again…
