Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague is ready to return to the big screen

Molly-Mae Hague is returning to reality TV as part of one of the most iconic British television series.

According to The Sun, the former Love Island contestant will compete in the celebrity version of The Great British Bake Off, the Stand Up to Cancer spin-off.

A source told The Sun:

“She will be a great addition to the line-up and bring a healthy helping of Love Island glamour to the tent.”

“Molly’s now one of Britain’s biggest TV stars and has seen her fame steadily grow since she first appeared on the ITV dating show back in 2019.”

The 26-year-old is not only a reality TV star but also released a documentary in January: Molly-Mae: Behind It All, and her autobiography, Becoming Molly-Mae, in 2022.

Hague joins the list of celebrity competitors, including Aisling Bea and Laura Whitmore.

The Sun also reported that JoJo Siwa joins Molly-Mae Hague after participating in another popular reality TV show, Celebrity Big Brother.

A source told The Sun:

“This is a bit of a coup for the Bake Off because Jojo is currently one of the most talked about young stars on TV right now.”

“She’s barely had time to catch her breath, leaving CBB last month amid huge media attention and heading straight into another huge show this month.”

The Sun also reports that I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Babatunde Aleshe will join Molly-Mae Hague and JoJo Siwa.

Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond return to host the popular baking competition, with Paul Hollywood judging the celebrities’ bakes.

Prue Leith is reported to have stepped back from the series specials, as expert Caroline Waldegrave will step in.
