Miley Cyrus has obviously paid a visit to the tattooist’s chair in recent days as she revealed some spanking new art on her left arm earlier today.
The tattoo is said to be a quote from a speech made by former US President Theodore Roosevelt in 1910.
According to X17online.com the tattoo reads: “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”
This is thought to be Miley’s thirteenth tattoo.
