Melissa McCarthy wore an Adidas tracksuit to the Oscars, and we’re screaming

So last night, the annual Academy Awards took place in Los Angeles. It was a chance for Hollywood's most famous faces to get all glammed up and rock the red carpet. There were bespoke gowns, massive diamonds and a lot of uncomfortable looking shoes. However, one famous actress decided against the dress code. Melissa McCarthy walked the Oscars red carpet in a stunning black-and-cream caped jumpsuit by Brandon Maxwell. But, she ditched her high fashion look for the Vanity Fair after party. The actress wore a black adidas tracksuit to the high profile event, and we applaud her for it! What made it even better was the fact that her actor husband, Ben Falcone, wore a matching tracksuit. Can you say couple goals? Melissa McCarthy was nominated for Best Actress for her role in Can You Ever Forgive Me?. The actress didn't win the award, losing out to the incredible Olivia Coleman, who played Anne, Queen of Great Britain in The Favourite.  Accepting her award, Olivia said: "This is hilarious – I’ve won an Oscar!" "Any little girl who's practicing your speech on the telly, you never know!" "I used to work as a cleaner and I spent quite a lot of my time imagining this." So, while Melissa didn't take home the award for Best Actress, she took home the award for Best Dressed (well, at least in our eyes anyway.)
