Mel B, 37, says she’s up for releasing ‘one last’ single and going on ‘one last’ reunion tour with her former band-mates before the year is out.
Scary Spice had just recovered from partying all night at George Michael’s luxurious pad after the girls’ comeback performance at the Olympics closing ceremony.
She told the Daily Mirror; “We’re [the band] always talking about getting together. We always have cups of tea and dinner together. We’re all friends at the end of the day.”
Mel spent 14 hours with band-mates Victoria Beckham, 38, Emma Bunton, 36, Geri Halliwell, 40 and Melanie Chisholm, 38, before they jumped up on the glittery black cabs and made their grand entrance into the Olympics arena.
Victoria Beckham posts a photo of the girls heading on stage on her Twitter account.
“It was lovely,” Mel said.
“Those four girls mean everything to me. We had such an amazing time. We were hanging out in the dressing room all day because we had to get there at 10am on Sunday morning. We had a great time, we were just hanging out, playing music and gossiping with each other. It was a lovely, proper girlie time.”
After the show, some of the girls headed back to fellow performer George Michael’s house where they joined Liam Gallagher, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell for an all-night party.
Victoria poses for a Twitter photo, Brit-style.
Sources say Mel wants to go on a reunion tour to coincide with the December 11th premiere of their musical stage show, ‘Viva Forever!’, written by Jennifer Saunders.
Mel B said all the kids had a great time while their mums rehearsed for the show.
“We all had our kids down there so it was proper family/ crèche/ Spice Girls time! The kids get on really well.”
Victoria got nostalgic on the night of the show, posting photos to her Twitter account afterwards.
