How Meghan Markle disguises herself to nip down to the local shop

Meghan Markle may be one of the most-watched women in the world but she still manages to sneak out every now and again.

Meghan and Prince Harry lead a pretty low-key life when they're off duty, a royal source has revealed. The couple tend to go on weekends away together but when they stay in London, the duchess has been known to get out and about. Among the things she likes the to do? Going to pilates, getting a blow-dry and nipping in to her local Whole Foods store - under the disguise of a baseball cap. "She spends most of her weekends in the Cotswolds with Harry,” the source told People. "When she does venture out to Pilates or to get her hair done, she normally goes incognito under a baseball cap.” "The only other place she has visited regularly is Whole Foods, which is little more than five minutes away from Kensington Palace. “That way she can quickly sneak in and out without anyone noticing it’s her." The news comes after a woman who looked very like Meghan was spotted walking a puppy outside Kensington Palace last week.

The woman had dark hair and was dressed all in black with a black baseball cap. We know that Meghan and Harry recently got a new dog so given that we know she likes getting out, we think it's fairly likely that it was the duchess with her new pet.
