The 25-year-old gave birth to her daughter on the 20th of May.
She confirmed her baby girl's arrival on Instagram by simply sharing a photo of her newborn's feet.
Alongside the adorable photo, Sofia confirmed her daughter's name is Eloise Samantha Grainge.
She captioned the image, "Eloise Samantha Grainge. 5•20•24 best day of my life."
The meaning behind her baby girl's name is pretty beautiful.
The name Eloise is of French origin and means 'famous warrior'.
It also means 'sun' and 'healthy'.

Sofia confirmed she was expecting her first child with husband Elliot Grainge in January.
She told Vogue:
"I found out very, very early. I was about four weeks pregnant," she told the publication.
Sofia was in Italy for Milan Fashion Week when she discovered she was expecting.
Sofia added: "I was doing a really quick 24-hour turnaround, and I felt terrible but didn’t think much of it. I thought it was jet lag."
