Marnie Simpson shares images of scars from her botched boob job

Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson has appeared Channel 5 show to open up about her botched boob job.

In a preview for a new episode of Celebrity Botched Up Bodies, Marnie reveals that she decided to get a boob job to lift her breasts and alter her nipples. Things didn’t go to plan when she was left with gashes to her breasts and sores that oozed. "I had big wounds which were oozing pus,” reveals Marnie. "They were really deep gashes, it looked like I had been attacked by an animal,” she continues. According to The Daily Star, Marnie said the decision to go under the knife was a result of being in the public eye. "I was really confident and liked myself more before Geordie Shore,” she said. "Being on TV put pressure on to look good…It made me feel so insecure." "It is such a shallow industry that you compare yourself to everybody else,” said the young star.

Marnie confessed that she has had a boob job, a nose job, lip fillers and botox to maintain her look. Marnie has since had corrective surgery and says she is much happier with the result. Fellow cast member and cousin Sophie Kasaei previously appeared on the show to talk about her negative experiences with lip fillers. She too spoke about the pressure of being in the public.
