Made In Chelsea Favourite Stevie Johnson Quits The Show

"It is a sad moment for me".

Made in Chelsea’s Stevie Johnson is leaving the popular reality TV show.

Stevie, who happens to be one of our favourites possibly because our girl Liz had a ball interviewing him, announced the news last night.

In a lengthy blog post, the MIC regular explained his reasons for quitting: “Unfortunately, after an incredible  3 years, I am stepping down from my role on Made In Chelsea.

“It is a sad moment for me, but I believe the right decision going forward.

“I cannot offer the show as much as I used to, and whilst I always enjoyed having my whole life on camera for the viewers to see, I don’t want to continue if I can only give 50%”.

Stevie decided against taking part in the MIC spin-off series set in Los Angeles this summer and reports have suggested this is because of his girlfriend, Cressida Stewart.

Acknowledging his absence from Made in Chelsea LA, Stevie said: “I had time to sit down and think it over this summer and, with the others filming in LA, it seems like the right time to walk away, for both myself and the show”.

MIC just won’t be the same…
