L’Wren Scott left her entire estate to Mick Jagger in a will before she took her own life earlier this month.
The fashion designer was cremated following a private ceremony this week and it has since been revealed that Scott, who was Jagger’s partner for 13 years, left her entire estate to the Rolling Stones frontman. It is understood that Scott left behind jewellery, clothing, furniture, cars, property and other personal effects worth $9 million, despite widespread speculation that her business was in heavy debt at the time of her death.
An inquest into her tragic passing found that the 49-year-old was discovered kneeling on the floor of her New York apartment with a scarf wrapped around her neck and attached to a door handle. There was no mention of Scott’s brother Randy or estranged sister Jan Banbrough Shane in her final will.
