First Nicky Byrne says Westlife are lacking in a particular department and now Kian Egan has announced that he’s “experimental.” We have no idea what the chart-toppers will come out with next!
Anyway, Kian Egan has revealed that he likes to change things in the… kitchen. The singer has admitted that he enjoys trying new things when he cooks and that he has spoken to people about doing a cookery show.
Kian apparently loves cooking and isn’t afraid to try new things.
After Westlife called it a day, Kian has been busy with a number of different television projects, including The Voice Of Ireland, and has said that he would jump at the opportunity to get chopping on the small screen.
“I’ve always been the chef in our house, it’s something I really enjoy doing. I love the satisfaction of cooking a nice meal for people,” he said.
“I’ve talked about a food show to quite a few people – any kind of food show that comes up I’d love to be a part of it.”
Kian has been doing a lot of television work since Westlife called it a day.
But Kian doesn’t just read the ingredients (like us), he experiments: “I’m experimental, I get out my cook books and learn bits and pieces here and there, and then I won’t look at a cook book for six months and I’ll be putting the ingredients that I’ve learned about together.
“My weekly shop starts to expand and get a bit more exotic, rather than just the bog standard things I used to cook a few years ago,” he added.
Now we wonder what the chances are of Kian doing something like Jamie Oliver’s The Naked Chef, only actually naked?!
