So by now we're all aware of the fact that Love Island's Megan has had a bit of work done. More power to her I say, whatever makes you feel like your best self. But honestly, this particular throwback picture of her shocked me to my core. In the picture, Megan can be seen posing with her pal, Chloe Ayling, who actually posted the picture. "Will you all please stop and think about your actions and implications.
