Love Island fans are not impressed with this ‘sneaky’ move from Dr Alex tonight

"Alex, WHAT are you at mate?"

It looks like fans are seriously not impressed with Dr Alex yet again tonight, however, this time it's not just to do with Alexandra. Having just heard the news that new Laura and Jack shared a kiss the night before, it's clear Dr Alex was not impressed. Having hoped to too "crack on" with new Laura, Dr Alex on hearing the news said he "wasn't surprised" as new Jack was laying it on "factor 50 thick". But, Dr Alex clearly felt he needed to share this new knowledge and to fans rage, the doctor went over to the daybed to tell Laura that her ex Jack had just kissed new Laura. Yikes. Showing no signs of sympathy, Dr Alex spilt the beans and it's obvious Laura still has feelings for Jack as she questions what he's doing. Having had quite the turbulent past few days in the villa with new Jack's confession that he didn't want to be with her anymore, fans were not happy that Alex ran straight over to tell her how quickly he has moved on.
