Snoop Dogg has been banned from entering Norway for two years after he was found with a small amount of marijuana in Kjevik airport last month.
The rapper was fined 52,000kr (€6148) for entering the country with eight grams of marijuana. Despite the find, Norwegian police allowed Snoop to appear at Hovefestivalen music festival as planned.
The Drop It Like It’s Hot rapper tweeted throughout the gig about his drug use.
“Smoking crip n. cuzna,” he wrote.
According to The Associated Press, Snoop has been barred from returning to the country for 24 months.
The rapper’s lawyer Holger Hagesaeter said Snoop will not be appealing the decision.
