Just when it looked like her run-ins with the authorities were over, it emerges that Lindsay Lohan has been questioned by police in relation to jewellery theft in the US.
The 26 year old starlet was reportedly at a party on Sunday night in the Hollywood Hills and stayed over at the property with a number of other guests.
However the homeowner woke the next morning to find that some expensive jewellery had gone missing and called the police.
All of the guests, including the Freaky Friday actress, were questioned. According to TMZ Lindsay was ‘very cooperative’ and claimed that she had nothing to do with the theft.
While it’s not the first time she has been involved in this sort of theft the police do not regard her as a suspect.
Only last year Lindsay was arrested and charged for shoplifting a necklace. She then got into more trouble when she violated the terms of her probation.
