“Myself and Millie faced a lot of criticism, especially myself”
Love Island winner, Liam Reardon has denied claims that he ever cheated on fellow co-star and ex-girlfriend, Millie Court.
The pair sparked reconciliation rumours recently after they were spotted on a cruise together in May.
However, Liam has shut down those rumours and denied claims he ever cheated on Millie.
Speaking to the MailOnline, he said: “Myself and Millie faced a lot of criticism, especially myself, when we broke up. Certain things came out about me cheating, which was obviously not true.
“I have never cheated. If people have something in their heads… you can’t try and tell them otherwise, you just have to leave them to think what they think.”
He also said that himself and Millie are spending time together as “close friends” only but said people “can make their own assumptions” about their relationship.
Liam said: “People can make their own assumptions and that’s up to them, but I will leave you with the fact that we’re really good friends.
“We are friends for now… we are just very good friends.
“If we were ever to get back together in the future, then yes potentially we will share it with our fans, we will have to see.”

Fans are disappointed that they’re not back together
After the couple won the ITV reality dating show in 2021, Millie and Liam have been very close. Although they split last Summer, it seems they remain very close and no rumours will change that.
However, this is not the only time the former couple have sparked romance rumours.
Last month, Millie’s best friend and also a former Love Island contestant, Chloe Burrows seemed to accidentally confirm that the couple were back together.
In Chloe’s TikTok, she hinted that she was hanging out with bestie Millie but that Liam was there too.
The two were chilling out ordering Chinese food but it sounded like Liam was speaking in the background.
Millie could also be heard asking this unknown man for a drink. There’s muffling and then Chloe says: “Yeah, I’ll have a Coke Zero please.”
Fans wasted no time speculating that the man in the video was in fact Liam and that the couple are back together.
However, any hope fans did have about the pair rekindling their romance are well and truly crushed.
