Liam Payne thanks new girlfriend Maya Henry in soppy Instagram post

Liam Payne has made his feelings for new girlfriend Maya Henry very clear with a heartfelt public message.

Liam took to Instagram today to declare that model Maya had "brought back" his happiness. Sharing a photo them cuddling, he wrote: "Sometimes I don’t recognise this happy guy... sure glad you brought him back though." In the post, Liam expressed his gratitude to everyone who had worked on his new music with him before thanking Maya "for always keeping the biggest smile on my face through all the stress and making me realise how perfect my life really is." It comes days after the former One Direction singer first publicly commented on the relationship. Liam appeared to compare going out with Maya, 19, to going out with his ex Cheryl in an interview on London's KISS FM.

"The difference is with her, she’s so relaxed that it helps me relax in a situation… It’s been quite nice just going out. "I’ve managed to explore a lot more of London than I ever have actually my life, which has been quite fun. "My life has been quite normal recently, which has been a break. It’s good. I’m enjoying myself right now."
