On this day last year, Cory Monteith was found dead at just 31 years of age. Monteith had struggled with drug addiction over the years and tragically died of an overdose.
Today, his Glee co-star and girlfriend, Lea Michele, paid tribute to Monteith on Twitter with the below message.
