Kourtney Kardashian Is Latest Star To Spill The Beans On Her Post-Baby Weight Loss

We’re used to seeing celebs lose their baby weight super quickly and reality star Kourtney Kardashian is the latest star to reveal her post-pregnancy slim down.

Speaking to US Weekly the mother of two divulged that she has already lost 30 lbs since she gave birth to daughter Penelope on July 8th and now has only 15 more lbs to lose before she reaches her goal weight.

The famous sister is shunning extreme methods favoured by other Hollywood mothers and is instead relying on healthy treats like edemame to satisfy her cravings and steering clear of tempting restaurant menus. Speaking to the magazine Kourtney says “When I’m here around the house, I just eat healthy. After I had Mason and was breastfeeding, I craved sweets, so I ate a box of Nilla Wafers a day. But I haven’t done that this time.”

The star also credits exercise for her rapid weight loss and has been spotted out jogging in Miami with sister Kim while they film their spin-off show Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.

Earlier this month she tweeted about a morning jog on the beach with her sister calling it “an amazing way to start the day.”
