Kourtney Kardashian is getting slammed online for her daughter’s school shoes

This doesn't surprise us.

They might be the most recognised family in the world with enough money in their bank accounts to live a full live three times over but, that doesn't stop them for getting dragged online when they put their kids into designer threads. On Monday, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to share a back to school image of North and Penelope, captioned:

"Spring Break is over!"

The tots, who pose on their moms' legs in matching uniforms are sporting very different shoes which were noted by eagle-eyed fans. North is wearing a pair of €40 All-Star Converse while Penelope is wearing a pair of €260 Gucci kid's loafers.

"Gucci loafers to school at age 6, no worries" one fan commented.

While others chimed in...

"Penelope starting school in Gucci slides... ridiculous @kourtneykardash" "I also wore my Gucci mules to primary school..." "Wearing Gucci loafers to school. Same..."

Fans were clearly unimpressed that Kourtney would let her daughter wear such expensive shoes to school but, others weren't as easily phased and complemented the tot on how she has better fashion sense than some grown-ups. We for one think Penelope looks adorable in her slides. Hey, if we could have worn Gucci loafers at six-years-old we wouldn't have said no. Clarks was our Gucci and long may it last.
