Kourtney Kardashian gives baby update, and it’s good news

Kourtney Kardashian shared an update on Instagram.

Trigger warning: Pregnancy issues Kourtney Kardashian has confirmed that her baby boy is safe. Kourt’s husband Travis Barker cancelled a host of Blink 182 gigs earlier this week to rush to her side, with the band citing an "urgent family matter" as the reason. [caption id="attachment_583790" align="aligncenter" width="1004"] Credit: Instagram/ Kourtney Kardashian[/caption] Fans held their breath for news on the couple’s pregnancy and it sounds like they’ve been through hell and back, but baby and mama are doing well and home, after surgery. Kourtney posted to Instagram: "I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterward, my rock," adding: "And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this. "As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. [caption id="attachment_553504" align="aligncenter" width="1920"] Photo courtesy of Hulu[/caption] "I don't think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant. Praise be to God.
