Beware: Kim Kardashian is stepping back into the music studio to record a song for her baby.
It turns out Kanye West thought it would be a nice idea to book a studio session so that he and Kim (yes it seems she will be singing on it despite the woeful Jam (Turn It Up)) can record a song to play to their little one.
Kim has released a single before but let’s just say it didn’t do all that well.
An insider told the Daily Star: “Kanye’s really soppy. He wants Kim to lay down some vocals while she’s carrying his child. He thinks it’ll be cool for his son or daughter to listen to the track when they’re older.”
We’re not sure cool would be the word we’d use for our parents recording a song for us. In fact we reckon it would be more along the lines of cringey, but maybe that’s just us.
Forget Keeping Up With the Kardashians, they’re keeping reality TV in the family.
As well as the song the couple, who announced they were expecting their first child together just before the New Year, are also said to be documenting the pregnancy for a new reality TV show (like we didn’t see that one coming).
While it comes as no surprise that Kim and Kanye are taking full advantage of the opportunities now available to them as soon-to-be-parents, we thought they’d at least wait until the baby was born! Wonder how many more of our predictions will come true by its first birthday?
