Kristin Davis opens up about fallout with Kim Cattrall ahead of ‘And Just Like That’ appearance

Sex and the City star Kristin Davis has opened up on the fallout between her and co-star Kim Cattrall ahead of her appearance in And Just Like That. It was confirmed earlier this month that Kim would be making a cameo appearance in the spin off series for the upcoming season after filming a "cliffhanger" scene. Kim claimed she would never want to be part of the show, and has now filmed her scene in a separate location from her other cast mates due to their alleged feud. Speaking in an interview with The Telegraph, Kristin, who plays Charlotte, was asked if she or any other cast members are still in touch with Kim, who played Samantha. I can’t change anybody. “I do understand fans’ feelings – that they’re upset… I wish I could fix it, but I can’t, it’s not in my power.” According to The Post, Kim's scene was filmed in a car park near the Silvercup Studios in Queens, New York which is also where the interiors for the series are shot. A source told the publication that staff on set were "definitely shocked” but “very intrigued” to see how it would play out on screen. They said: “She said she’d never do it! She said she’d never come back! “The fact that they’re keeping it very hush-hush says that there’s some implication that she might be coming back — not this season, but it’s definitely a cliffhanger that’s gonna get people to come back for Season 3.” And Just Like That returns to NOW and Sky Atlantic in the UK & Ireland from June 23rd.
