Khloe Kardashian Reveals Weight Loss Secrets – And Her Unlikely Talent

She’s been unfairly compared to her petite sisters for years, but it seems that Khloe has finally emerged from underneath their shadow and not only does she look amazing, she’s also 20 pounds lighter.

Speaking to OK! magazine, the 28-year old reality star has revealed that she’s shed over a stone by turning to sport – boxing in particular.

“Well I love to box, I just love it. I’m good at it. I get the circuit really well,” she revealed. 

“Like when they yell out numbers I’m really fast and good with it and it keeps me really entertained.”


The star has been showing off her svelte shape in a selection of figure hugging ensembles

But she’s also been consulting celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, because the brunette admits doing the same work out leaves her bored after a while.
 
“I switch it up because I get really bored. So I do either Pilates or I go to Equinox gym and I make sure I do cardio, if I don’t do anything.
 
“But I love Gunnar for like my circuit training.”
 
Whatever you’re doing Khloe, it looks like it’s paid off!
