Katie Price reveals amazing plans for new career path in the care industry

Good for her!

Katie Price, aka Jordan, has revealed that she is heading down a new career path.

The media personality, 45, had been serving community service at St. Catherine’s Hospice charity shop in Crawley, and it has reportedly inspired the former model to switch up her vocation.

The former Page 3 star was handed an 18-month order of community service after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order by contacting her ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancé, Michelle Penticost.

Katie has now revealed she’s training to be a paramedic after volunteering at St. Catherine’s Hospice and completing her 170 hours of service.

Despite the community service being passed down to Katie for breaking the restraining order by sending an array of abusive messages to her ex-husband’s new partner, she avoided prison by alleging that she ‘misunderstood’ the rules of the restraining order.

However, it seems this was a blessing in disguise, as Katie is now undertaking five years of training to be a paramedic.

Speaking to Jamie Laing’s Made in Chelsea podcast, Private Parts, she opened up about her new career dreams in the care industry.

“I’m training to be a paramedic; it’s going to take five years. People don’t know all this.

“I’ve done my community service by driving at St. Catherine’s Hospice, and now I’m a volunteer, I’m now going to do care assistant there, because I said I want to work with them and the offices, and they just can’t believe I really want to do all that volunteer work – I just love caring for people.”

When one door closes, another one opens.

Fair play to her!
