Hannah, a model, then shared the same video on her page and tagged Joel before the congratulatory comments started rolling in.
They've been dating for over a year and recently shared anniversary posts on, you guessed it, Instagram.
Fans loved the way he announced it too, describing it as "iconic" and the best engagement announcement ever.
Although both Hannah and Joel kept their announcements short, Scarlet Moffat's gushing message is exactly why we love her.
