He was one of the biggest comedy stars of the 90s but it’s no joke that Jim Carrey is dating a 26-year-old makeup artist from Ireland.
According to reports the 50-year-old actor, who most recently appeared in Mr Popper’s Penguins, has been seeing beautician Cathriona White for over a month now.

Cathriona apparently went to Hollywood for her career after completing her studies in Ireland. An insider told RadarOnline: “She comes from a very small rural village in County Tipperary and left Ireland for Los Angeles after studying to be a beautician.”
The source also added that her relationship with the Dumb and Dumber star will most likely open up new opportunities for her professionally.
They explained: “She’s very focused on making this work and will do anything she can to make sure she’s successful.
“And dating Jim certainly can’t hurt her career. His status will certainly give her a leg up in the industry and open door for her that could have been more difficult if she didn’t know him.” Who said romance was dead, eh?
Jim and Playboy model Jenny were together for five years.
Jim, who broke up with his long-term girlfriend Jenny McCarthy back in 2010, is said to be smitten with his new catch. And let’s face it, Jim’s no liar!
