This is how Jeremy McConnell reacted to Stephanie Davis giving birth

Stephanie Davis has given birth to a baby boy after a gruelling 48-hour labour.

As fans of the actress will know, she has an acrimonious relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Jeremy McConnell, with Jeremy denying he's the father of the little boy. There have been numerous catty comments and Twitter spats between the pair but hopefully, this can be resolved. After news broke that Stephanie had given birth, Jeremy spoke to The Sun and he appears to have had a change of heart.

"I am delighted that Steph has safely had the baby, of course if he is my son I will absolutely step up and do what I can to support him. "Any timescale for that is in Steph’s hands now. "I did reach out to her some weeks ago but didn’t hear back".

Earlier today, a representative for Stephanie confirmed that she had given birth. Her manager Adam Muddle told OK Online:

'"We are delighted to confirm that our client Stephanie Davis gave birth to a baby boy on today (Friday). "Mother & baby are doing fine".
