Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson has responded to accusations that he used a racist term by apologising in a new YouTube video.
The 54-year-old was embroiled in major controversy after it appeared that he used the slur while reciting a nursery rhyme for the show. However, in a clip that he posted to his Twitter account tonight, Clarkson said he was “horrified” by the claims and was “begging your forgiveness” for the fact it appeared he did.
