Jamie Redknapp marries girlfriend without ever announcing engagement

They've tied the knot.

Jamie Redknapp and his girlfriend Frida Andersson have officially gotten married, even though none of us even knew they were engaged. The pair married in a very low-key ceremony after shocking fans when they were seen leaving the Chelsea Registry office. With only the closest people possible attending the ceremony, the couple were joined by Jamie’s parents Harry and Sandra Redknapp, and his two sons Charles, 16, and Beau, 12. After their intimate ceremony, the couple headed out with some more friends and family, going to the high-end seafood restaurant Scotts in Mayfair, London. The couple is currently expecting their first child together after announcing the news only five months ago. With her baby bump showing proudly in her wedding dress, Frida wore a simple but stunning gown that hit her ankles in length, with a longer sleeve and off the shoulder detail. Wearing it to both the registry and reception, she paired it with some classic white heeled pumps and simple waves in her hair to tie the look together. The pair couldn't have been happier to be heading into their wedding reception, with smiles stretched across their faces as they met their guests. This is both their second marriages, as Jamie was previously married to singer Louise Redknapp and Frida was married to hedge fund manager Jonathan Lourie, sharing four children with him. The couple has been very quiet when it comes to their relationship, first revealing they were an item in August of 2020, but never mentioning they had gotten engaged. They have publically spoken about their newest arrival, a baby boy who is due in November.
