Fergie and Josh Duhamel were reluctant to admit they were expecting their first baby together so we’re not exactly counting on them to reveal what they’re having.
But that doesn’t mean that someone close to the couple won’t reveal the sex of the baby. In fact that is what has happened albeit by accident.
The couple was surrounded by rumours before they finally confirmed the news.
Apparently one of Fergie’s Black Eyed Peas bandmates referred to the little one as a ‘she’ while they were talking to Life & Style at a gala over the weekend.
Speaking about the pregnancy apl.de.ap said: “Fergie’s been wanting this and she’s a great woman and she’s going to be a great mother, too.”
He added: “Uncle apl.de.ap always gonna be around. She’s probably going to be… Oh wait, he or she, is probably gonna be on tour with us and I can’t wait.”
The Black Eyed Peas star hinted that the baby is going to be a girl.
Although we’re not placing our bets just yet considering that father-to-be Josh referred to the baby as a ‘he’ earlier this year and the fact that the so-called ‘slip-up’ concerning Rochelle Humes’ baby turned out to be wrong.
Guess we won’t have long to wait to find out. Fergie, who announced the pregnancy back in February, is rumoured to be due in July…
