TV3 presenter Anna Daly has welcomed her new baby boy into the world.
The bubbly Ireland AM presenter revealed last September that she was expecting her second child with husband Ben Ward, a younger brother or sister to her first son James Scott.
Speaking to The Irish Independent at the time, Anna said that her family would be complete with two children and that while she didn’t know the sex she had her suspicions. She said: “I don’t have a preference on gender at all, but I feel like I’ll be the mum of boys.”
And it seems today as though her prediction was correct!
Anna’s colleagues on TV3 morning show Ireland AM took to Twitter this morning to congratulate the presenter on the happy news, saying: “Congratulations to the lovely @daly_anna on the birth of the newest addition to the family, baby Euan, who was born yesterday evening!!”

Her son took his time in making his way into the world, as Anna informed friends and well-wishers on Twitter over the weekend that her baby had been due the previous week but was ‘comfy for now’.
On Saturday Anna tweeted this adorable snap of her older son James, born in August 2011.
