Joss Stone is really not having a good time of late. On top of the ordeal of sitting through a court appearance in connection with a murder plot involving the singer, now Stone’s reps have also confirmed that she and her boyfriend, Danny Radford, are finished.
The couple have been friends for years and have been dating since 2008, had split briefly in 2009 but have been together for the last two years. However, they have decided to go their separate ways after they felt a drift had occurred. Radford, who works as a builder, has apparently returned to Australia.
A source told the Mirror: “It’s sad because Joss and Danny made a great couple. They have known each other for years and were mates long before they started dating. But in the past few months they have drifted apart. There are no hard feelings and they are determined to remain friends.”
Stone leaving court during the week
Radford was with Stone on the day the police informed the singer that two men had intended to kidnap the singer and murder her. She has been testifying in their trial in London this week.
