"Meghan Markle's Best Friends Break Their Silence" - a story from those closest to the Duchess.

Ever since a new report quoting some of Meghan's closest friends was published last week, speculation has been rife about who they might have been. In the article, People magazine said it spoke to five women who know Meghan well - "a  longtime friend, a former co-star, a friend from LA, a one-time colleague and a close confidante." The pals said they wanted "to stand up against the global bullying we are seeing." While the women spoke anonymously it's thought that Sarah Rafferty, who plays Donna in Suits, was the former co-star mentioned. "It’s definitely Sarah," a source told The National Post. "She would probably have been willing to talk on the record." Other friends of Meghan's whose names have been linked to the piece include actress Abigail Spencer, author Lindsay Roth who has known the Duchess since college, and her pilates instructor Heather Dorak. It is thought that the pals got her permission to speak out, continues The National Post, though palace officials may not have known about the piece before it was published.
