Kendall Jenner is currently darling of the fashion world but she isn’t having quite the same fortune when it comes to film roles.
In contrast, one of Kendall’s best friends, fellow model Gigi Hadid, has been spotted by a number of movie scouts who see her as “the next Brigitte Bardot”.

Hollywood Life reports that when the model friends were partying in Cannes recently, Gigi was approached by film executives who want to cast the 20-year-old as a “heroine or love interest”.
It’s been suggested that Kendall’s family ties have worked against her when it comes to securing her first film role.

A source told the website: “She’s been looked down upon because she’s a Kardashian”.
“Movie big-wigs just don’t see what the fuss is about, and it’s her family association that’s bringing her down”.
