Eva was mortified after the malfunction at a bash held by InStyle and Warner Bros on Sunday night.
The 37-year-old fell out of her Emilio Pucci dress while walking the red carpet with her hairstylist Ken Paves.
Eva leaned over to untangle her shoes and, while managing to keep the thigh-high slit under control, spilled out of the gaping neckline.
What a woman, she didn’t leave it ruin her night and laughed it off before moving on.
Eva caught herself in time and handled it the best way possible…
