In news that will probably make you feel quite old (sorry about that) Hollywood starlet Dakota Fanning turns 21 today.
The actress first came to public attention at the tender age of seven for her breakout role in I Am Sam.
The following year, she became the youngest nominee in the history of the Screen Actors Guild Awards, setting up her path to a stellar career.
Since then, Fanning has claimed roles in Charlotte’s Web, Man on Fire, War of the Worlds, the Twilight Saga and Now Is Good, to name but a few.
The Georgia-born star currently has two films in post-production; Viena and the Fantomes and Franny.
