We’ve all seen the picture but is it true? Did Adele really give Chris Brown an earful at the Grammy Awards last Sunday? According to the lady herself the answer is no and the rumours are complete and utter rubbish.
Celebrity gossip website RadarOnline.com reports that rumours started circulating that Adele and Chris Brown had exchanged a few harsh words after the following picture from the awards surfaced online:
We’ll admit, it does look a bit dodge but according to Adele, it was completely harmless. In fact, the pair were actually having a nice chat.
Adele tweeted the following when rumours about the picture started to get a little crazy:
The rumours said that Adele was giving out to Chris in the picture because he allegedly snubbed Frank Ocean by not standing up to applaud the singer when he lost out on the award for Best Urban Contemporary Album to him.
According to reports, there has been bad blood between Chris and Frank for ages now and last month, the pair were spotted allegedly having an argument in the parking lot of a recording studio in West Hollywood.
We’re sort of wondering how the whole Adele/Chris Brown fight rumour even began in the first place giving that this picture of them was taken later on that night:
Besties forever? Maybe not but at least Adele doesn’t look like she’s ripping him a new one in this picture!
