Girls actress Shiri Appleby and her fiance Jon Snook have welcomed a baby girl into the world.
The 34-year-old who gave birth last Saturday, didn’t know if she was having a boy or a girl and waited until the delivery room to find out.
Speking to US Weekly, the pretty brunette revealed “She’s heaven, I’m beyond thrilled”.
And even though the couple decided to wait to find out the sex of their baby, they wasted no time decorating a nursery for their little one.
“We got a chandelier, we got a rug and we’re looking for drapes… We don’t want it to look too much like a baby’s room,” she said.
Shiri has yet to reveal the name of her baby girl
The actress only revealed that she was expecting her first baby in December, having previously announced her engagement to chef Jon five months earlier.
And even though the couple who are yet to wed, Shiri also revealed that they are planning a bit traditional wedding and that the former Roswell star also plans on taking Jon’s surname after the wedding.
“Shiri Shook has a nice ring to it,” she added.
