Actress Laura Linney has welcomed a baby boy into the world!
The star gave birth to a son on Wednesday, January 8th, representatives for Linney confirmed exclusively to People Magazine.
“Mother and baby are happy and healthy,” the rep told People.
Bennett Armistead Schauer is the first child for Linney, 49, and her husband Marc Schauer. The actress had not spoken to the media about her pregnancy.
The couple married in May 2009 - She was previously married to actor David Adkins, from 1995 to 2000.
