Here’s the real reason Taylor Swift and Drake have been spotted together

People just simply could not believe they were together.

Tay Swizzle had once again become the centre of a suspected celebrity romance - but this time with the most unlikely person. The 26-year-old singer, who has previously dated Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Conor Kennedy, Harry Styles, Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston was supposedly making googly eyes at Drake. At Drake's 30th birthday, while ex-girlfriend Rihanna was nowhere to be seen, a source close to the rapper said

"They were intimately flirting, talking closely and laughing." "The only person he spent more time with other than his mom was Taylor."

After all, Taylor did run to a Drake song for an ad before. Well, apparently, those dating rumours were a load of pish, as Drake's kindness to Taylor at his party was simply because they are collaborating on new music together. According to Page Six, Taylor Swift wasn't present at Drake's Virginia Black Halloween party which prompted questions from fans and his friends. A source close to the pair cleared up any rumours about them dating pretty bluntly.

"They’ve been in the studio collaborating."

That's fair enough, but why introduce her to his Mam though? Where is Rihanna in all this? Is Drake helping Taylor write raps about Tom Hiddleston? There are TOO MANY QUESTIONS and we need answers pronto.
