Helen Flanagan is having a tough time dealing with life after leaving the jungle earlier this week.
The actress has locked herself in her hotel room and refuses to speak to anyone but her parents, according to The Sun.

Helen is having trouble adjusting to life again outside of the jungle and has been crying since leaving her campmates behind.
She refused to partake in scheduled interviews on British TV shows Daybreak and This Morning.
Yesterday the actress revealed to her Twitter followers that she had committed “social suicide”.

“Helen is exhausted. She was distraught about leaving the jungle and cried her eyes out once the cameras stopped rolling.
“The emotions are taking their toll. Yesterday she started to feel really ill and a doctor was called to her room to treat her.
“She is now resting, but it doesn’t help that she now thinks she has been nationally humiliated. She feels hated by the public.

“Her parents, Paul and Julia, are trying to console her, but there isn’t much they can say to help. She is bitterly disappointed to have been kicked off.”
The story comes amidst controversy that I’m a Celebrity bosses do not properly assess the stars before throwing them into the jungle.
Earlier this season, comedian Brian Conley was removed from the show after collapsing.
It later emerged that Brian, who has suffered from depression and alcoholism, suffered a break down.
