HBO Max have added a sweet lasting tribute to Angus Cloud following his tragic passing.
It’s just over a week since his his death on July 31, and the Euphoria actor’s co-stars and famous friends have been publishing heartbreaking tributes online.
Angus, 25, tragically died at his family home in Oakland, as confirmed by his family in a statement.
The young star passed just days after he buried his father here in Ireland. His dad dies following a short battle with mesothelioma – a cancer of mesothelial tissue.
The streaming service behind the hit show, HBO Max, has now added a lasting tribute to the actor.
Viewers will notice that the first episodes of season one and season two of Euphoria now feature a photo of Angus at the beginning, along with the message: “In Memory of Angus Cloud 1998-2023.”
The streamer also released a statement last week, which read: “We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family.
“We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family during this difficult time.”
