Harry Styles is making waves in the acting world, having just been cast in a pretty huge film.
Director Christopher Nolan (Inception, Batman, Memento) has cast the former One Direction singer in his action-adventure project Dunkirk, set during World War 2.
He will be part of an ensemble cast alongside other young actors Jack Lowden Aneurin Barnard, and Fionn Whitehead.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film centres around the British military evacuation of the French city of Dunkirk in 1940, one of the biggest battles of the entire war.
More experienced film stars Tom Hardy and Kenneth Branagh will co-star, alongside recent Oscar-winner Mark Rylance.
Production for the film begins in May.
