You know what, he looks like an ‘X Æ A-12’.
Grimes and Elon Musk have welcomed their first child together, a son they have allegedly and rather aptly named ‘X Æ A-12.’
No, that is not a typo. No, you are not hallucinating. This is the world we live in now.
Musk confirmed the news on Twitter over the bank holiday weekend sharing a photo of himself cradling his newborn son.
In response to a tweet asking what he and Grimes had named their son, Musk replied: “X Æ A-12 Musk.”
Right, grand.

Engineer and Tesla co-founder Musk and Canadian singer Grimes (real name Claire Boucher) have been together for two years.
The couple made their debut at the 2018 Met Gala, stepping out to confirm their relationship after a series of back and forths on Twitter aroused suspicion among Grimes’ fans and Musk’s, eh, followers.
Grimes began alluding to the fact that she was expecting her first child earlier this year. Musk, already father to five sons, took slightly longer to address the pregnancy.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Grimes eventually confirmed that she was expecting, saying: “When I first got pregnant, I tried to sleep at a reasonable time, and it actually made me feel really bad.
“I think my kid will be nocturnal. Currently it is! It doesn’t move during the day, only at night.”
Grimes added that she enjoyed wearing a fake cigarette holder around her neck above her pregnant belly.
“I don’t smoke,” she said. “But I feel like it’s provocative to be pregnant and wear a cigarette holder.”
Grimes has yet to post about the birth on social media.
