The excitement of the big day may be over, but wedded bliss is only beginning…
Celebrity newly-weds Brian McFadden and Vogue Williams tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony Italy last weekend and have both taken to Twitter to share their thoughts and thanks after the big day.
Westlife star Brian may have caused a bit of controversy with some absentees on his guest-list, but he thanked everyone who was there for making the day so special.
Here’s hoping nobody approached the DJ decks and requested ‘Flying Without Wings’…
The star tweeted; “Thanks to everyone for there [sic] well wishes. We had the best day ever. Thanks to all my family and friends for making our wedding so special.”
Newly-wed Vogue took to the micro-blogging website to tell her dress designer she loved her J’Aton Couture wedding dress so much that she plans to wear it around the house.
She wrote; “Thank you @JAtonCouture my dress was perfect, I’m gonna [sic] keep wearing it around the house I love it so much.”
We all try and convince ourselves we’ll get a second wear out of it Vogue, but we really don’t think that’s going to happen here.
Brian, 32, and Vogue, 26, then posted a smiling photograph of themselves on a train together online.
The couple wore sunglasses and looked happy and refreshed after their few days with friends and family.
Meanwhile, Brian’s ex-wife, Kerry Katona, said goodbye to their 11-year-old daughter Molly as she headed off to boarding school.
Kerry, 31, admitted she didn’t want her to go and said she would miss her.
She tweeted; “My beautiful baby girl is going to boarding school today…I’m going to a mess all day, I don’t want her to go.”
Kerry then posted a series of tweets, letting people know why Molly wanted to try boarding school.
Finally, the emotional mother posted a photo of the two of them before Molly left. She’ll have a ball Kerry, it’ll probably be tougher getting her to come home again!
